8 February 2005: Pentagon engine parts
Karl Schwarz's latest article puts forth the claim that the jet
engine parts photographed at the Pentagon could not possibly belong
to a 757 engine:

To see what an incredibly weak argument this is, just go to this
page and take a look at some perfect matches in photos of a commonly
used 757 engine:

Jim Hoffman's critique
of an upcoming Popular Mechanics hit piece on 9/11 truthseeking
shows how much of a liability the Pentagon no-plane distraction
has become. Schwarz's piece, which has of course been making all
the rounds, is just helping to prop up the straw-men.
Incidentally the pentagonresearch
site is worth a read. It's a new site which may still have some
rough edges, but it is already very useful for its photo archives
and level-headed approach. It probably has the best collection of
high-quality Pentagon airplane wreckage photos.
