as predicted by me a week ago, <26-12> will off the radar of public attention and awareness. But I can nowhere see the "fat lady"!

The Ultimate Elitist Machiavellianism?

The Earth crust, a thin solid shell around a glob of cosmic matter that is held to-gether by gravitational forces is arranged in what geoscientists have come to call "plates". They are arranged like a jig-saw puzzle to make up the surface of the globe and are constantly in motion relative to each other. While along creative plate boundaries (like in the mid-Atlantic) new crust is constantly being formed, this is compensated for along destructive boundaries (like the rim of the Pacific ocean), where heavier oceanic plates are dipping under the lighter continental plates. These processes are accompanied by earthquakes and volcanism. Indonesia is set upon a highly mobile portion of the crust and is (in tectonic terms) an accident waiting to happen. Earthquakes too weak to be felt by humans occur constantly and it is only rarely, that man becomes aware of "what is going on".

When on Boxing Day 2004 a huge tsunami swept more than hundred and fifty thousand souls along the shores of the Indian Ocean into a wet grave, injured a further half a million people and made some 5 million people homeless, a compassionate world was quick to pledge generous help to the grive-stricken: some governments pledged impressive packages (which upon "unwrapping" will reveal that they are little else but subsidization with taxpayers money of multinational corporations), others mobilized veritable armies? replete with air-craft carriers, attack helicopters and contingents of battle hardened troops under the command of a genocidal maniac? fresh from his recent heroism in Iraq. Other donors immediately pledged cash, like US President G.W. Bush in his private capacity promised to donate US $ 10,000? considering that his predecessor "pulls" an order of magnitude more for a single appearance on the "dinner-talk" circuit, the magnanimity of this pledge becomes instantly apparent. As it is obvious, that the 35 million dollars which he initially pledged on behalf of the American people was little more than the cost of an

extended cigarette break for the American War Machine in Iraq, he upped this amount to an equally "stingy" US $ 350 million - which still only amounts to a fraction of the amount the "Rest of the World" pumps into the American economy every day in order to keep it from collapsing. In these post Cold War days the motto is not anymore "Mutually Assured Destruction", but equally MADdeningly "we are all in the same boat ? so better keep bailing!"

With this we enter the realm of inconsistencies:

While the staff of the metrology and geodynamic service of Thailand were discussing whether to put out a tsunami warning in the light of the seismic data at hand (and in the end decided to sit on their hands for fear of litigation in case it had been a false alarm), the Unites States Geological Survey "International" Tsunami Warning Unit in Honolulu (instantly aware of all salient facts pertaining to the earthquake that caused the tsunami) did not put out a warning either, as the earthquake was not in "their" region and they had "nobody to talk to" as there were no established alert routines in place. The director of this service had the presence of mind to put a warning through to the American Naval Base at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, to the "willing" coalitioner Australia and to Indonesia ? which by that time had already taken the brunt of the onslaught of both earthquake and tsunami. At the same time, one of the guest-workers in Singapore heard the news of the tsunami on the news, placed a phonecall to his village on the coast of Chennai state in India ? not one of the 3,600 people in his home came to harm, as the villagers evacuated the area. The Indian armed forces had lost one of its military establishments on the Nicobar Islands to the double onslaught of quake and wave, but these news did not raise any alarms in India itself.

The animal world seemingly possesses the ability to sense events like <26-12>: amidst the multitude of humans killed, hardly any game from the various reserves affected by the disaster was found to have come to grief. One wonders, whether (human) intelligence is such a useful thing despite all the indicatons to the contraryÖ? The story of a primary school girl who noticed the strange behaviour of animals on a section of the beach of Phuket Island is a point in case: she remembered what she had learned in school and alarmed the people around her. Noticing that all animals were fleeing the beach they did likewise ? and escaped unscathed. Maybe common sense is something that gets lost as we "learn" to be functional in human society and economy?

Well ? after all it was "Boxing Day" and for all those who do adhere to creeds which do not consider this a holiday, it was a Sunday. For <9-11> a "stand-down" of the alert systems was covertly engineered, better camouflaged behind "training missions" for events similar to those that were actually taking place. For <26-12> (by which this renewed infamy? whether "engineered" or aggravated by the way "society" conditions people these days- will soon become known) no such clan-destinity was needed. Normal "red tape" was sufficient! The director of the USGS Tsunami Warning Center lamented that "he had nobody to talk to" in the Indian Ocean region. The last time I was in Honolulu there was an international airport there, which is wired into one of the best civilian communication networks on the globe. Add to "red tape" professional myopia, lack of common sense or "orders from above"?

When the "inconsistencies" began to surface, the media embarked upon the usual "back-burning" and started to ridicule reports on curiousities as signs for sick minds that dabble in "conspiracy theories". Humanity has been so dumbed down by incessant preaching of sacred oxymorons like evolution, free speech, democracy, free market economy, human rights, environmental awareness, etc., that "coincidence" is commonly accepted as the causative agent in our daily lives.

F.D. Roosevelt- in one of his more talkative moods- has gone on record stating, that "there is no such thing as coincidence in politics". When both the extra-ordinary Hurricane season in the Caribbean region and Taiphoon season in Eastern Asia last year had climatologists stunned, they had only one explanation for the unprecedented plentitude of "twisters"? they put it down to coincidence. Timid voices that suggested that there might be a connection with "Global Warming" were silenced by the fact that many of those events were accompanied by earthquakes in both regions. This then called for further "coincidences". By this time coincidence, professional (scientific) myopia and inconsist-encies had agglomerated to such an avalanche of evidence, that only the change of seasons spared everybody concerned from any further use of cognitive disso-nace. This concept "enables" people (especially scientists) to disregard hard facts in favour of preconceived ideas. Facts that come unattached with commonly accepted scientific theory to explain them are routinely simply shelved- after all, Albert Einstein had told Max Planck that "when the facts do not agree with theory, the facts are wrong". So much for 20th century science!

In a Department of Defense briefing on 28 April 1997, William Cohen, the then Secretary of Defense of the United States confirmed that there are indeed novel kinds of EM weapons, right now and have been for some time, which have been and are being used to (1) initiate earthquakes, (2) engineer the weather and climate, and (3) initiate the eruption of volcanoes. Seven and a half years later, nobody seems to remember what W.C. had "flushed down" over a public too ignorant to perceive the meaning of what he had just said. Recent scientific evidence suggests that the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI) is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurri-canes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. This is where the "other side" of cognitive dissonace comes in: the "general public" will simply not comprehend what HAARP is all about and with-out anything "to show for it", the average man on the street will just shrug it all off. Who would have believed what the two nuclear "devices" could do before they were detonated over Hiroshima and Nagasaki? For all those of short memory ? the devastating earthquake at Bam in Iran last year occurred at the same date and in an equally "volatile" region. As a region of high crustal activity, Iran is often racked by earthquakes. Since 1954 when the CIA had "installed" Reza Shah Pahlevi as their satrap in Iran, the country has been racked by political tremors constantly as well. It would be highly interesting to check on the recorded seismic data, whether this earthquake was "normal" in all its manifestations. As always ? good questions are as hard to come by as answers to them!

Ever since the Washington Post reported that after the dramatic increase of Extremely Low Frequency transmissions by both Russia and America in 1980 the occurrence of earthquakes rose dramatically, curious minds cannot negate a possible conection. Nobody seems to have made the connection between schools of whales beaching themselves with ever increasing frequency ever since that time. Whales use ELF signals to communicate over vast distances. A lateral thinker would assume that beached whales were simply being driven mad and tried to escape the infernal noise in the oceans!

The same sick minds that perpetrate genocide by way of forcing genetically modified foodstuff on people ignorant of its lethality, using "depleted uranium" munitions to achieve another kind of genetic disaster and entice most of humanity to voluntarily "fry" their brains with the microwaves from their handphones, are now possibly (probably?) starting to put on a "reality show": when the Secretary of Defense of the USA boasts of weapons like HAARP, then this is no small matter. The "dumbing machine" (a conspiracy of churches, governments and industry) ? a.k.a. "the Media" parse out what they call "news" to the general public. <26-12> was an all too real catastrophe for the people around the Indian Ocean shores; but they were not the intended "recipients"! The recalcitrant leaders of nations around the world (whether they be "rogues" or "willing" coa-litioners) have been shown in 2004 what the bully on the block can do? the writing is on the wall: comply with American plans for a New World Order ? or else!

Maybe this is what <26-12> was all about. For the nations around the Indian Ocean the warnings of ancient Rome should stand foremost on their minds: "timeo Danaos, etiam donas ferentes" (I fear [those] Greeks ? even when they bring gifts). The USA, of lately considering the UNO as little more than a nuis-sance, immediately started relief efforts by dispatching two "strike groups" which were coincidentally (conveniently?) located close by in Hong Kong and Guam.

These troops will achieve what the Indonesian Army has failed to do ? make Aceh secure for ExxonMobil and their gas extraction operation there. When the "tsunami of international aid" rolled into Jakarta, it was announced that America is in this for the long haul! With US $ 350 million? While this amount may seem an awful lot for someone living an a few dollars per day, it is a mere drop on a hot stone when considering the devastation caused by <26-12>. Are the people of the World missing something here? Two weeks on, <26-12> predictably is beginning to fade off the radar screen of public attention and awareness. The world refocuses on the "developing" scenarios in Palestine and Iraq where "democratic" elections are being forced upon people who had their elected leaders removed by way of an "unexplained illness" or the manipulation of public opinion and resulting invasion. They might as well have to cast their votes in "the open" ? being under "the gun", their behaviour is unlikely to be an indication of their true intent. Josef Stalin is notorious for having extolled, that elections are decided not by those who cast the votes, but rather those who count them. The recent charades of democratic elections all over the world remind many of what former Indonesian President Soeharto was wont to call them: carnivals of democracy!
